This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving global organic growth through SEO and GEO initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple markets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, including SEO specialists, content creators, and external vendors, to optimize the user experience while increasing visibility, traffic, and conversions. The role combines technical SEO mastery, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making to enhance global digital performance. You will define international SEO strategies, oversee site architecture and performance, and ensure content aligns with marketing funnels. Collaboration with cross‐functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Engineering is critical, as is managing external partners to execute complex SEO and digital campaigns. This position is ideal for a results‐oriented, analytical leader with a passion for organic search and measurable business impact.
Accountabilities
Define and execute the global organic growth strategy, integrating SEO and GEO to support traffic acquisition, user engagement, and business objectives.
Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals optimization, and performance monitoring.
Partner with content teams to ensure messaging aligns with user intent, marketing funnels, and conversion goals.
Manage international SEO programs, collaborating with localization teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage external agencies for technical SEO and digital PR projects.
Analyze SEO and organic performance data, producing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO traffic-to-lead conversion.
Plan and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.
Requirements
Several years of SEO and digital marketing experience, including leadership or team management (in‐house or agency).
Expert‐level technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, schema, speed optimization, and UX best practices.
Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
Track record in SaaS or B2B marketing with knowledge of SEO algorithm updates and AI‐driven search trends.
Analytical proficiency with tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and data visualization platforms.
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with bias toward action, continuous improvement, and a high-growth, remote work environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
