Strategic Business Analyst (Finance & Controlling) – Executive-Level OpportunityAt VASS|T4S, we are partnering with a key client to identify a high-calibre Business Analyst with a strong strategic mindset and a solid background in finance and controlling.This is not a typical reporting role — we are looking for someone who can connect data, business insight, and decision-making at a senior level .You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving clarity and insight across complex data environments. Performing root-cause analysis to uncover key business driversWorking with BI/BW data (non-developer role) to validate outputs and ensure data integritySupporting improvements in data quality, processes, and business performanceDelivering ad hoc analysis to inform high-level decision-making5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in finance / controlling environments~ Comfortable navigating complex datasets and translating them into business insights~ Proven ability to challenge, validate and improve data-driven processes~ Fluent English (C1 minimum); German is a plus100% remote (based in Madrid)~ This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact position, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing key business decisions in an international environment.If you're ready to move beyond reporting and into true business impact, we'd like to hear from you.
