Main responsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities, registering them in the CRMEngage and manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversionConduct virtual product presentations tailored to customer needsManage and develop C&D accounts, focusing on retention, repeat business, and identifying growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the Field Sales team to ensure proper follow-up on high-potential leadsPromote the use of online sales channels and self-service options for customersKeep key information, including customer data, lead tracking, and sales results, updated in the CRMMonitor and report on sales performance and key KPIsAct as a shared account owner to ensure efficient and coordinated customer support
Core skills/experience1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, outbound calling or similar roles.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExperience with outbound calling, email outreach, and virtual product demosProficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales toolsFamiliarity in B2B sales or eCommerce is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAvailable to work on-site at the office in Sant Cugat del Vallès
