As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Community Manager to join our team.
**Role Definition**:
- Engage with the community daily on Discord and other social media channels
- Address community questions and concerns promptly
- Propose a calendar of online events, AMA sessions, and other engagement activities and lead their implementation
- Collect feedback from the community and report to the management
- Create strategies for community growth
- Cultivate brand voice and presence (consistency of voice on all channels)
- Track engagement
- Manage public relations - collaborate with legal, CS and management team to handle complaints and negative issues
- Collaborate with CS and operations teams to improve workflows, build knowledge bases, FAQs and tutorials
- Follow and comply with company’s SOPs
**Requirements**:
- Online trading experience
- Very good knowledge of Discord and other social media channels
- Being comfortable with being on camera, doing live events with the community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; background in a support-related field such as customer success
- Ability to build and implement community-focused content strategies
- Proven experience in community management or similar roles
- Event and project management skills
