You will be part of the Payroll Department at Vestas Mediterranean, providing support in payroll management for Spain and, if possible, Portugal. This is a great growth opportunity, as the position has the potential to evolve into a Lead Payroll role depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Full management of the payroll process in companies with a headcount of at least 1, employees
2. Oversight of all types of compensation policies
3. ERP management, with knowledge of SAP/SFSF and/or SuccessFactors
4. Participation in system implementations and process optimization
5. Experience with Portuguese or international payroll (preferred)
6. Coordination with the Labor Relations team to ensure compliance with legal regulations
7. Punctual payments and post-payroll reporting management
Requirements:
8. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll management in multinational environments
9. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Finance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, or a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance. Business Administration with a specialization in payroll)
10. Intermediate to advanced English (test will be conducted)
11. Advanced Excel skills (test will be conducted)
12. Previous experience at one of the Big 4 in compensation and payroll areas (preferred)
Location & Key Information:
13. Office based on Calle Serrano Galvache, Madrid
14. Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times
15. First interview via Teams, followed by an in-person interview and Excel and English assessments
