We specialize in thermal control systems, structural panels, optical payloads, avionics, release and deployment mechanisms, and rad-hard microelectronics. Together with our technology partners, we deliver high-throughput smallsats and their subsystems. Our new factory in Madrid is equipped for satellite and constellation integration.We are seeking a Sales Engineer to contribute to business development and sales activities in our space segments.Key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Area Director, assisting in defining and implementing the space business development and sales strategy.Growing revenue and market share with existing and new clients.Managing the entire sales cycle:
prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.Selling complex technical products and services to B2B and B2G clients, including space agencies, government bodies, prime contractors, and tech/industrial firms.Preparing proposals and responses to RFI/RFPs, negotiating tenders and contracts.Identifying partners to enhance our value proposition and revenue streams.Providing market insights to align our product/technology roadmap with market needs.Achieving sales targets regularly.Supporting marketing efforts through trade shows, conferences, and documentation.Delivering technical presentations demonstrating product capabilities.Utilizing CRM tools for market intelligence and demand generation.Contributing to project financial and legal aspects.Required skills and experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field;
an MBA is a plus.At least 5 years of proven sales experience in complex technical solutions within the space sector.Strong understanding of the space ecosystem, including agencies, stakeholders, and funding schemes.Highly organized, autonomous, and decisive.Excellent relationship-building skills.Ability to clearly explain complex concepts.Fluent in English and Spanish;
