**IDIBELL is looking for a **HR Administrative for the Personnel Management Unit**
**About the unit**
The **People Management Unit** manages all the procedures related to the work environment of IDIBELL workers, as well as the personnel affiliated to the institution, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. The unit is in charge of developing and implementing hiring, compensation and conciliation policies, among others.
**About the role**
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative management of personnel: initial hiring, renewals, terminations.
- Payroll, vacation and leave calculation, breastfeeding, reduced working hours.
- Human resource management processes (licenses, maternity/paternity leave )
- Management of incidents, consultations, or work procedures.
- IT Registration / Termination processing and coordination with INSS and mutual society. Contracts, affiliations, terminations, data variation -TGSS.
- Participate in the development of projects related to people management (work in remote, job descriptions, HR Analytics, etc.)
**Job requirements**
Professional experience
- Minimum 2 years as Human Resources Technician
Education and training
- FP II Administrative, Labour Relations Degree or similar
Technical skills
- Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Languages
- Good command of the English language

- Human Resources Master’s
- User of ERP systems: Fundanet and/or Ekon
- Understanding of the public funding and research ecosystem
