At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for Administrative Support with fluent Chinese, English & Spanish to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
Your main responsibilities at reception will be:
- Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices;
- Office supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace
and employee well-being;
- Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and
supplies)
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient office management.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, problemsolving mindset.
- High level of English, Spanish and Chinese;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;
- Work permit inSpain.
