The Position:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities:
* Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
* Guiding customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes, and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
* Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and how Isotrol products can help achieve them.
* Following up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to maximize adoption and retention.
* Collecting and passing on user feedback for product evolution considerations.
* Identifying new opportunities for product extension by coordinating with sales teams.
* Analyzing product usage to identify required actions and success stories, conveying customer satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.
* Having extensive knowledge of the participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
* Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
* Work experience in electrical trading teams.

* Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.
* Remote working availability.
* Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week).
* Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 1st July to 31st August).
