Minimum Requirements
License: EASA
Frozen ATPL
with valid IR and ME.
Flight time: 1,000 hours PIC on multi‑crew aircraft above 23,000 MTOW; or minimum 1,500 hours as co‑pilot on an ATR 72.
Medical: EASA Class 1.
Languages: English and Spanish.
ICAO proficiency: English Level 4+ and Spanish linguistic competence certificate Level 5 (minimum).
Passport: Valid for more than 6 months.
Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
Preferred
Type approval: ATR 42/72 ‑600 variant.
Training & Upgrade Path
Company‑provided ATR 72 type rating for eligible non‑type‑rated pilots.
Structured progression to Captain, subject to performance, experience and operational requirements.
