Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join an international digital transformation project within a leading company in the energy and sustainability sector. You will work closely with development and operations teams, helping maintain and improve internal platforms and microservices while ensuring high-quality technical support.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents.
Monitor and maintain microservices and APIs.
Participate in deployments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support integrations with cloud services and third‐party platforms.
Document issues, processes, and technical solutions.
Work in an agile and multicultural environment.
QualificationsMust Have
Experience with .NET/ C#
Knowledge of React + TypeScript
Experience using Git
Experience with relational databases (SQL)
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API consumption
Fluent or advanced Spanish proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with NestJS
Knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as S3, Lambda, and Athena
Experience with Microsoft Graph API
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience using DataDog
