Overview
The Project Manager will provide essential support and management for various projects within a global standardization program led by the procurement organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and experience in standardization methodologies such as Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects, driving efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities
* Support the execution of projects within the global standardization program, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning, to identify and implement standardization opportunities within assigned projects.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Facilitate communication and coordination among global teams to ensure consistent application of standardization practices within projects.
* Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to program management and stakeholders.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
* Promote the adoption of standardization methodologies, such as Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM), within the scope of assigned projects.
Your background
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global or multi-national environment.
* Strong understanding of standardization methodologies, with experience in Design to Value, Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) being highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
* Experience in the technology sector, with knowledge of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning processes.
* Solid knowledge in project management tools and software.
