We are seeking a team member to support the execution of data management and customer services activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities will focus on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with flexibility to support as needed.
Responsibilities
* Use HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries / issues and understand client-specific processes.
* Independently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities according to schedule and KPIs.
* Ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
* Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and maintain high standards.
* Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and assist in updating them.
* Proficiently use systems and tools.
* Complete SOC Controls on time with necessary evidence.
* Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions on client / country processes.
* Report system issues / defects with detailed tickets.
* Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to Service Manager.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Complete all learning objectives.
* Accurately record time.
* Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
* Participate in team meetings and raise issues promptly.
* Stay updated with all Strada HR announcements.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and update them as needed.
* Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
* Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate and work independently.
* Experience in Customer Care and / or HR Administration preferred but not required.
* High School / University diploma or equivalent.
* HRIS knowledge.
* Proficiency in English and advanced / native level in German / French / Polish / Italian; additional languages a plus.
