Offer Description
the Foundation announces, on a competitive basis and respecting the principles of publicity, equality, merit and capacity in the selection process:
With a Intermediate Vocational Training qualification (FPII) in administration / advanced technician in documentation and healthcare administration.
Additionally, it will be assessed in the competition phase (see the scale of the call for applications):
- A. Other administrative qualifications other than entry-level qualifications (FPII or Bachelor\'s degree).
- B. Training courses in administration/health documentation.
- C. Required accreditation in English (minimum B2) and other languages.
- D. Knowledge of computer applications (intermediate level in Office and databases).
- E. Training in Good Clinical Practice Standards.
- F. Specific knowledge:
- • Management of Ethics Committees for Research with Medicines.
- • Computerised trial and committee management system (Fundanet-CEIC tool).
- • In the use of the European clinical trials portal (CTIS).
- • In regulations and legislation relating to clinical trials (CT) with medicines, observational studies with medicines, clinical research with medical devices and biomedical research.
- • Demonstrable in the area of CEIm.
- • With the category of administrativeassistant/administrative officer.
- • With the category of administrative assistant/administrative officer for research (health area).
Specific Requirements
- • Maintenance of the database of clinical trials, studies and research projects at FUNDANET.
- • Management of the European CTIS portal for clinical trials.
- • Receipt and validation of documentation received by the CEIm.
- • Preparation of evaluation reports and opinions.
- • Sending documentation to other CEIm, sponsors and researchers.
- • Preparation of meeting minutes.
- • Responding to telephone or email enquiries related to the CEIm.
- • Responsible for document archiving.
- • Classification and maintenance of the document archive.

Salary information:
