You will be working directly with our parent company based in the USA supporting their operations and growth.We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Executive Administrator Assistant who will work closely with the President to manage financial operations, provide executive assistance, and handle company finances. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow with an international and multicultural team.This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.What You’ll DoOversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Quickbooks.Prepare and track invoices, reimbursements, and budgets.Audit financial documents, identify and mitigate financial risks.Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring departmental expenses.Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial transactions.Ensure compliance with internal policies, internal audits, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Manage and organize receipts and expense reports from different departments and team members. Provide guidance on best practices for expense tracking.Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and legal consultants.Conduct research on companies, markets, and opportunities.Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Facilitate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical support for executives.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Support special projects and initiatives as needed.Support overall office and operational efficiency.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MathematicsQuickBooks or bookkeeping experience required5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative assistant.Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role, with a focus on financial management.Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and expense managementStrong organizational and communication skills.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
