Quality Control Engineer - AI & LLM Services - Zaragoza - FTCA fantastic opportunity has opened for a Quality Control Engineer to join a pioneering organisation developing next-generation AI solutions. This team works at the forefront of AI optimisation, high-performance systems, and advanced ML/LLM workflows.Responsibilities- Ensure the reliability, robustness, and performance of AI-driven applications and client deliverables.- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and product teams to define acceptance criteria and system expectations.- Evaluate solution quality under varied operating conditions, focusing on scalability, latency, and data integrity.- Establish and standardise QA processes and reporting across multiple AI/ML projects.- Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for AI models, ML workflows, and LLM-powered applications.Required Qualifications- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.- 2+ years of experience in software or ML quality assurance, including functional, performance, and automation testing.- Strong understanding of AI/ML testing methodologies (e.G., reproducibility, model validation, bias assessment).- Familiarity with LLM and ML workflows (Python, APIs, cloud platforms).- Excellent verbal and written English;
