The RoleWe're looking for a driven BDR (Freelance) to join our growing team. You'll be on the front lines of our European expansion — prospecting, qualifying, and building the pipeline that powers our growth across markets.
What you'll doBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across European markets through outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold callingIdentify and research target accounts, mapping the right decision-makers and understanding their business context before outreachConduct initial discovery conversations to uncover pain points and assess fit with Cuadra AI's solutionQualify leads and move opportunities forward through the pipeline with a structured and consistent approachDevelop and iterate on outreach sequences and messaging to continuously improve reply rates and meeting conversionsKeep CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring full pipeline visibilityShare market insights and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy
What we're looking for1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role — B2B SaaS or tech background preferredFull professional proficiency in both English and Spanish — requiredProven ability to run outbound prospecting independently, from research to first conversationStrong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to get a responseComfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)Self-driven and structured — you manage your own pipeline without needing to be chasedGenuine curiosity about AI and how it creates value for businesses
