Job Functions
- Mobile user acquisition strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition for our mobile applications. Identify and target key user segments, and leverage various digital channels such as social media advertising, mobile ad networks, influencer marketing, and app store optimization (ASO).
- Campaign execution and optimization: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end mobile user acquisition campaigns. This includes setting up campaigns, creating compelling ad creatives, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign data, measure performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness. Utilize data insights to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and implement optimizations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to align marketing initiatives with product goals. Provide insights on user behavior and preferences to improve the user experience and drive user acquisition.
- External partnerships: Collaborate with external marketing partners and agencies to expand reach and drive user acquisition. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile user acquisition and digital marketing. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Budget management: Manage the mobile user acquisition budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization to achieve business objectives.
- Continuous learning and growth: Stay proactive in enhancing your digital marketing skills and knowledge through self-learning, attending industry events, and pursuing relevant certifications.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile user acquisition. Proven track record of planning and executing successful mobile user acquisition campaigns, preferably within the mobile app industry.
- Deep knowledge of mobile app ecosystems: Strong understanding of mobile ad networks, social media advertising platforms, attribution tracking, and other relevant mobile marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset: Proficient in data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and optimization. Experience with tools such as Google ads &Analytics;, Facebook Ads Manager, Branch, Tiktok, Snapchat and ASA or similar platforms is preferred.
- Creative problem-solving skills: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and overcome challenges. Adept at developing innovative marketing ideas and adapting strategies based on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts, campaign performance, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- French and English (C2) mandatory, additional languages are a strong plus
- Collaborative team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Passion for mobile technology: Enthusiasm for the mobile app industry and a deep understanding of user behavior and trends in the mobile space.
