Job Overview

Our customer is a reputable law firm based in Marbella, offering comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and they are currently seeking a talented administrative and accounting professional to join them.


Key Responsibilities

* General Administrative Tasks:
o Welcoming and assisting clients in a professional manner.
o Providing administrative support to the legal team.
o Managing schedules and appointments.
o Handling phone calls and emails.
o Ensuring efficient office operations.
* Calculate and submit Form 210 to the Tax Agency (Recovery of 3%).
* Managing the process of calculating and filing the 210 tax form with the Spanish Tax Agency, particularly related to the recovery of a 3% tax.
* Monitor the notification inbox and keep track of notifications received from official tax and government authorities.
* Handling and responding to requirements or notifications from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), ensuring compliance and timely follow‑up.
* Accounting for companies / clients: Managing bookkeeping and accounting processes for the law firm’s corporate clients.
* Overseeing general accounting processes and tax filings for clients.
* Preparing and managing invoices for the company’s clients.
* Performing additional accounting tasks on a weekly basis for specific clients.
* Responding to client inquiries, handling questions and providing support.
* Preparing quotes and sending them to clients or coordinating with the lawyer on this.
* Tasks alongside other colleagues:
o Requesting company NIF (Tax Identification Numbers).
o Obtaining digital certificates.


Your Profile

* Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, and English.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal office environment.
* Ability to handle the stress and workload typical of a law firm.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal office management software.
