The Team Leader is responsible for the aircraft departure process, maintaining direct communication with flight crew and ensuring all involved parties comply with established procedures for safety. Key tasks include:
- Control proactively all auxiliary services (Fuel, PMR, Catering, Gates, etc.) involved in the scale, coordinating with all parties.
- Know all start and finish times of any auxiliary service and identify causes of delays.
- Conduct pre-scale briefings with assigned work groups before aircraft arrival at the stand, informing flight details and safety procedures.
- Conduct post-scale briefings with involved work groups after aircraft departure, reviewing scale and identifying causes of incidents.
- Carry out visual review of GSE to be used on the aircraft before arrival.>
- Assist cabin and technical crew as necessary, providing required documentation and information.
Requirements
- High level of English proficiency.
- Rapid and precise arithmetic ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to organize and manage a work group.
- Work well under pressure.
- Make fast decisions.
- Skills to interact with involved parties (flight crew, auxiliary services, etc.).
- Minimum 1 year experience as a ramp agent.
- Live within 1 hour of the airport.
- Available for interview in the next days.
- Available for a one‑week training course (details during interview).
- Available to start work immediately (details during interview).
