Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office houses the marketing, sales and onboarding. Product decisions, design, and development are done remotely.
The product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous.
Tens of millions of dollars in donations flow through Billing every month, and the trust of both donors and the world’s leading nonprofits depends on its stability, flexibility, and accuracy.
Reliability & Security : Enabling large clients to configure complex financial workflows, integrate with CRMs, and access detailed analytics.
Scalability : The system must grow and handle increasing transaction volumes without performance loss.
Compliance : Full adherence to standards like PCI DSS and GDPR.
Product Strategy : Develop and execute the product strategy for Billing, defining key growth areas to attract and retain enterprise clients.
Deep Data Work : Become the analytical center of excellence for the product. Continuously identify growth opportunities, generate product hypotheses, and validate them to improve key performance indicators of the billing system.
Research : Conduct in-depth research into the needs of current and prospective clients related to financial operations, analyze competitors, and stay ahead of global trends in billing systems.
Experience in B2B/SaaS and Billing : 5+ years of proven product management experience, specifically with billing, payment, or complex financial systems for enterprise clients.
Product Thinking : You’re obsessed with identifying user problems, turning them into hypotheses, validating with data, and driving the best ideas through to release.
English Proficiency (C1+) : You communicate fluently in English — both with clients and with the English-speaking part of the team.
We work remotely, but our core hours are 9:00 to 18:00 CET. Final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test assignment and technical interview, as well as your country of residence.
