We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Showroom Assistant to support our team and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Role Description
Welcome clients and assist them in the showroom
Provide administrative support for home projects and furniture sales
Prepare quotations, orders, and documentation
Coordinate deliveries and project timelines
Maintain showroom organization and presentation
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
Support the team with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management and office organization
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication to handle inquiries and interact with clients professionally
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain discretion with sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Teams
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury services, or real estate management is an advantage
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus
