A fast-growing, remote-first global marketplace is looking to hire an HR Expert / People & Culture Lead on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end talent attraction process. You partner with leadership to identify hiring needs, drive the talent attraction process with external recruiters, and manage the interview and offer process.
Global Compliance: Manage the complexities of a distributed international workforce. You will oversee employment contracts, benefits, and labor law compliance across Spain and other countries.
Performance & OKRs: Drive the company's performance management framework. Ensure that individual goals are clearly defined and aligned with company-wide OKRs.
Culture & Engagement: Translate the values of the company into tangible internal initiatives that foster a high level of engagement and professional growth.
HR Operations: Oversee the HR tech stack, manage payroll coordination, and maintain accurate employee records with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for management on organizational design, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
