Requirements
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Ops Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Zendesk Knowledge of digital advertising (Programmatic, Direct IO, Self-Serve) Fluent in English + French (mandatory)
