Coordinate and manage the administrative workflow for medical devices received from hospitals for repair or maintenance at Becton, Dickinson and Company.

Responsibilities
- Open, register, and maintain work orders in the company's service management systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track repair status and ensure proper documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for hospitals regarding service requests and device logistics.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service engineers to prioritize work orders and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with BD quality, safety, and regulatory procedures related to service activities.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and service documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Service department.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent.
- English upper intermediate proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and proactive attitude.
- Must be able to sign an internship agreement with the university.
Location
Primary work location: ESP Valencia, Paterna. Additional locations may apply.
Salary
€950 per month.
