The Opportunity
You will be responsible for formulating professional service market strategies and promoting service products. Focus areas include pricing, policy management, contract promotion, and cross-functional collaboration. Innovate service solutions and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve business growth targets while ensuring full compliance with Roche's requirements.
* Develop and optimize the service business model to align with the company's overall strategy. Formulate market promotion strategies for professional services to penetrate and grow in target markets.
* Create market promotion plans for professional service products, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and service policies. Design and optimize the pricing system for spare parts to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
* Calculate service costs and develop contract types and pricing for maintenance contracts to ensure reasonable and compliant terms.
* Gain in-depth understanding of market demands and develop innovative service solutions, including service models and products. Analyze competitors' differentiators and formulate competitive advantages.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of service strategies.
* Take responsibility for other projects or tasks assigned by the line manager.
Who you are
* At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
* Minimum qualification required is a bachelor’s degree in electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
* Good command of English in both spoken and written.
* Effective communication skills with personnel from different departments and levels.
* Ability to provide customized service solutions to customers through consultative selling.
* Outstanding planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* In-depth understanding of the medical diagnostics service market, with capabilities in market analysis and competitive strategy formulation.
* Familiarity with relevant products and technical applications to provide professional technical support to customers.
