**Mission**:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in the day-to-day HR operations. This role involves tasks related to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR administration.
**Your responsibilities**:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Ask for onboarding documentation
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and facilitate new employee orientations.
- Assist in exit interviews and conduct necessary offboarding procedures.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.
Benefits Administration:
- Support in benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure timely processing of benefit claims.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies to employees and address inquiries.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and generate HR reports as needed.
General HR Administration:
- Handle HR-related correspondence and maintain HR filing systems.
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Escalate issues to HR management as necessary.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Knowledge: Cornerstone, Visual Time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
