Training would be provided.What you will do : Responsibility Work tasks and content :l Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win ́s and increase account penetrationl Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customersl Research and develop new customers and new business segmentsl Develop account strategy and execute business planl Effectively handle of customers' issuel Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)l Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product teaml Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectivesl Hold business review with customers and distribution ChannelWhat you will bring : Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors; Experience(Must) 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge(Ideal) l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);l Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products;Abilities/Qualities l Proficient in using office software;l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools;l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
