British American Tobacco Iberia is seeking a Sales Representative in Tenerife to execute brand and trade cycle plan activities, drive growth, and build strong retailer engagement. The role involves managing distribution, stocks, competitor intelligence, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute trade and brand marketing activities according to the cycle plan with excellence.
* Manage distribution and stock levels to support growth of BAT brands.
* Maintain accurate outlet database updates.
* Implement the Trade Coverage Plan (TCP) with appropriate call frequency.
* Identify and develop opportunities across all sales channels.
* Engage with key partners to secure trade support and loyalty.
* Monitor competitor activities and suggest counteractions.
* Complete internal reports and manage resources efficiently.
* Keep information systems updated and connect daily for data transfer.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and internal standards.
Candidate Profile
* 1-2 years experience in trade marketing or sales in FMCG.
* Results-driven with negotiation and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and analytical skills.
