About our partner
On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.
What you'll be doing
After an intensive selection process for a planning software, Anaplan was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out further to be used for all planning scenarios in the financial area and business navigation. This project will be supported by Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be involved so that the software can be maintained and further developed independently later. Currently, this team consists of an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
* You will take a steering role from the development side and work closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.
* With your expertise, you will bring Anaplan knowledge into the organization, train, and enable new resources.
* You will support our implementation project in collaboration with the external partner.
* You will define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new model requests, and review federated models.
* You will own the configuration and maintenance of centralized models and the Data Hub, maintain the data dictionary, and serve as the final support level for defect resolution.
* You will create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
* You will develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
* You will integrate data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* You will test and validate models to meet business requirements and performance expectations.
Key Relationships :
Internal relationships will involve IT colleagues and the business, as well as external service providers and Anaplan directly.
What you'll bring
* Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in Finance and retail industry.
* Strong understanding of financial planning.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of business processes and data flow.
* Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile working, and proactive.
* Degree in informatics, economics, or a similar field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan.
* Experience in project work and project support.
* Fluency in English; German is a plus.
