Executive Accommodation Manager
Contract: Permanent
Location: Ireland
Salary: Excellent Salary & Benefits (relocation package on offer)
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of all assigned operational functions
- Lead the accommodation management team in delivering a market‑leading guest experience
- Proactively increase room revenue
- Coordinate with People & Culture to ensure rosters align with projected budgets
- Analyze forthcoming business opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management in annual budget preparation
- Work on various hotel projects, refurbishment projects and system updates as required
- Drive all aspects of product integrity management across departments
- Serve as ambassador for the hotel, delivering world‑class service
- Maintain excellent communication skills and a creative, hands‑on management style
