Sr. Human Resources Analyst, Amazon LogisticsThe Sr. HR Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our Fulfillment Center Associates.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.Key job responsibilitiesEnsure data integrity in our HR Information Systems and maintain updates in employee information, benefits enrollments, and issuing time cards, along with other administrative HR tasks.Act as an HR advisor providing guidance on payroll, benefits, associates' scheduling, and other inquiries.Partner with site managers to ensure correct scheduling patterns and crew sheets of associates.Support recruiting and safety departments with new hire orientation, safety talks, interview loops, and badging process management.Track HR metrics (Attendance, Attrition, Overtime, and other internal metrics) and collaborate with internal teams to improve dashboards for business leaders.Manage, track, and report monthly budget to HR and Finance leaders.A day in the lifeAs Sr HR, none of your days will be the same.
