 
        
        **Responsibilities**: 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues 
- Cover multiple phone lines, and communicate with clients as requested 
- Maintenance of Client Relationship Management (CRM) Database 
- Research and assist in the development of internal and external meeting materials to ensure professionals are prepared for Sales Viewing trips. 
- Prepare and print presentation materials with attention to quality and detail 
- Proactively seek to learn and understand the business to better assist professionals and/ or clients 
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence as required, including some personal administration 
- Undertake data entry in all applicable databases with a strong attention to detail and integrity of data 
- Provide back-up to other administrative assistants as required (holiday cover etc.)

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail 
- Professional presence, positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills 
- The desire to work as part of a strong team 
- High level of integrity, sound judgement, and strong work ethic 
- Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
