Project Strategist

At Everyplace, we support companies through strategic phases of their growth that require clarity, coordination, and strong execution. We are growing and looking for a Project Strategist who can help lead complex projects from early alignment and stabilization phases through delivery support.
Our clients are more often than not in expansion phase within existing or new markets so expect the challenges.
This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking, project management discipline, technical understanding, and strong client-facing judgement. You should be comfortable moving between management conversations, coordination across teams, and the realities of live project environments, including industrial and construction settings.
What you will do
* Support and lead strategic projects across Spain and Europe
* Coordinate stakeholders across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Bring structure, sequencing, and accountability to complex project environments
* Lead meetings with professionalism and clarity
* Support delivery on live industrial and construction projects when required
* Help identify risks early and keep projects aligned through execution
* Operate confidently across both strategic and practical project needs
What we are looking for
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery coordination, or strategic project roles
* Degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related technical field
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational capability
* Excellent judgement in dynamic and high-responsibility environments
* High professional standard in both English and Spanish
* Willingness and availability to travel across Spain and Europe
* Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and adapting to changing project conditions
Preferred profile
* Experience in industrial, energy efficiency, infrastructure, or construction-related projects
* Confidence in client-facing roles and cross-functional coordination
* Ability to move between strategic overview and hands-on problem solving
Working model
This role is primarily remote, with travel and site presence required depending on project needs.
Contract
We are primarily looking for a long-term addition to the team, though we are also open to reviewing strong freelance profiles.
