As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic oversight, contribute to training program development, and ensure the success of your client portfolio. General ResponsibilitiesManage a growing portfolio of up to 10 clients with a focus on high retention.Build long-lasting relationships by managing expectations effectively.Track KPIs for all accounts within your portfolio.Conduct biweekly strategy calls with clients to communicate results and upcoming strategies.Brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon.Report on account progress and plan actions accordingly.Plan and delegate promotional strategies.Coordinate issue resolution with Seller Support.Utilize software platforms such as Zonguru.Collaborate with other departments to achieve high-level goals.Attend management and training meetings regularly.Participate in daily standup meetings for problem-solving and task tracking.Team ManagementAssign clients to team members based on skills and experience.Ensure balanced experience levels within teams to promote knowledge sharing.Training & OnboardingDevelop training programs for Junior Account Managers focusing on industry knowledge and management best practices.Mentor and guide junior team members.Integrate Strategists into the team.Client Account Audits & Strategy DevelopmentConduct audits and develop tailored strategies for clients.Facilitate regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.Encourage open communication and document sharing.Check-ins & AccountabilityRegularly assess client progress, address issues, and explore new strategies.Identify upsell opportunities and promote proactive problem-solving.Client Communication & FeedbackMaintain proactive, transparent communication with clients.Encourage and collect client feedback for continuous improvement.How Well Measure Success :
Retention rate of clients.Resolution time for blockers / conflicts.Quality and frequency of client communication.Effectiveness of strategies based on feedback and metrics.Follow-up frequency by Senior AMs.Development progress of junior team members.Qualifications :
BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or related fields.At least 2 years in client account management.2 years in digital marketing or eCommerce.1 year experience with Amazon Seller and / or Vendor Central.Strong relationship-building skills.Active listening and understanding client needs.Proactive, goal-oriented mindset, team player, independent worker.Creative thinking and strategic growth development.Excellent time management and multitasking skills.Eagerness to learn new skills.What We Offer :
