Key responsibilities include:Maintain and update the QA Director’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and time optimization.Coordinate meeting logistics (room/Teams booking, invitations, agendas, materials, attendance, and action follow-up).Handle and filter phone calls, emails, and external visits, routing appropriately to the QA Director.Organize travel arrangements and itineraries when required.Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation for Finance/Treasury.Manage departmental correspondence (internal/external), including filing and archiving after review.Support administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders as delegated by the QA Director.Organize department events and team activities (logistics, rooms, materials, vendor coordination if needed).Maintain the QA department’s documentation structure (shared folders/Teams), ensuring organization and controlled access.Process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and support invoice management (tracking, validation, and follow-up with Finance and suppliers).Prepare and format documents and presentations (especially PowerPoint) to support QA communications and meetings.Challenge awaits!
