Administrative Assistant with French

Your profile:
·Must have working knowledge of desktop computer applications including Microsoft Excel (level advanced), word and powerpoint.
·Must have prior experience in ERP, Dynamics AX nice to have.
·Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
·Fluent in Spanish, good understanding in English and French is an advantage.
Under the supervision of the AP Manager, the administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks inside the AP department including creation and update of master data information, assignation of tickets in our internal tool to the AP accountants, contact with suppliers for many requests, mail management and any support required by the team related with administrative tasks that can come up.
Main responsibilities & tasks
·Creation and update of master data
·Contact with suppliers for different matters as support to AP team
·Maintenance and support with ticketing tool.
·Review and assignation of tickets related to incidents from the Schools and from suppliers
·Support on ticket tool answering the suppliers incidents and review the payments with AP team.
·Follow-up on all issues ensuring timely resolution or escalation
·May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
·Expense Report processing.
