Office & Admin Assistant
to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a dynamic Barcelona-based office.
Maintain the office space
organized, fully equipped, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Manage
office supplies, equipment, and IT logistics including laptops, accessories, and onboarding materials.
Support scheduling activities such as calendar coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense tracking.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks alongside the Finance team.
1–3 years of experience in office management,
administrative support, or similar roles.
~ Fluency in
Spanish and English
, both written and spoken.
~ Experience using tools such as
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion
, or expense management platforms.
~ Experience in startup or SaaS environments, familiarity with HR or accounting tools, and event planning experience.
