Role Overview
Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, or Professional Services, with a track record of using data-driven insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management in service industries is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the global business.
* Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they derive value and insights from our work, and advocate for Advantage.
* Achieve sales and profit targets within the client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and budgeting.
* Develop client service and product proposals through cross-functional collaboration.
* Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Support market leaders in developing client relationships at the country level.
* Enhance the Advantage brand through presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.
Location & Travel
Preferably based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). The role is remote, with travel to client offices, Toronto, conferences, or industry events as needed.

* Client-service and business development skills.
* Understanding of market research principles and Advantage products.
* Ability to manage complex projects and analyze data.
* Excellent English communication skills, especially virtually.
