We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Marbella, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand.
Your Role & ImpactClient & Business Development
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior
* Translate integral objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs
Store Operations
* Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence
* Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
* Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory
* Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-store
Team Leadership & Development
* Coach and retain a high‑performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset
* Promote a growth‑oriented environment
* Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace
Brand Representation
* Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in‑store and in the local community
* Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy
* Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioning
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmetics
* Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills
* Deep focus on client service excellence
* Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retail
