- Responsible for the management of accounts related to total revenue strategy of the company (Melia Escapes, Total Revenue OTAs, Vacation rentals sites) for the hotels in America (30% of work time)._
- Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns for LATAM OTAs like Despegar and Pricetravel (20% of work time)_

**STRATEGY & BUDGET**
- Participate in the definition of the sales strategy for the E-Commerce segment, ensuring its alignment with the reality of the business.
- Implement the E-Commerce strategy for the hotels under their responsibility in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
- Participate in the definition of the sales strategy for the E-Commerce segment, ensuring its alignment with the reality of the business.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the sales strategy for the Contact Centre in each assigned hotel.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual revenue budget for the E-commerce segment.

**COMMERCIAL REVIEW**
- Participate in weekly and monthly E-Commerce Sales committees.
- Participate in weekly and/or monthly commercial reviews defined for the hotels under their responsibility.
- Implement E-Commerce action plans.
- Plan and implement commercial reviews with OTA Market Managers to define action plans for each of the assigned hotels.

- Ensure the correct implementation of the strategy for each of the assigned hotels.
- Communicate proposals for participation in Destination Co-op and MM recommendations on the use of Travel Ads to the team in charge of Digital Marketing.

- Notify any changes required to guarantee superior quality content in each of the hotels under their responsibility.
- Notify all relevant changes and the key selling points of hotels under their responsibility to the DIGITAL MARKETING & SERVICES team to guarantee updated content in the paid social media (advertising) strategy. "SEM data sheets".

- Negotiate and coordinate the campaigns in each of the assigned hotels in collaboration with Revenue Management and review the subsequent implementation of the campaigns.
- Review the correct implementation of the MHI pricing model in the E-Commerce segment.
- Ensure the correct loading of offers on the Extranet in collaboration with the Hub

- Audit the Melia Escapes channel on the America Point of Sale to review price parity, content accuracy and report any issues with the person in charge of each destination.
- Assist the Total Revenue team based in Spain to implement the right strategies for the America Point of Sales and get to the results of the segment.

**OTAs / VACATION RENTAL**
- Account manager for the OTAs not managed by our Global team and with a non-integrated management like Airbnb and VRBO
- Send monthly reports to data team for correctly upload in company’s reports.
- Update Extranet with pricing and allotment.
