Supported by AXA Group's investment, we seek an experienced Cyber Risk Consultant to work closely with the Global Head of Cyber Consulting. The role involves developing AXA XL's global Cyber underwriting and consulting services to provide comprehensive product offerings, including:
* Leading the development and implementation of an integrated Cyber Security Risk Management Services Methodology to ensure a consistent approach across the business.
* Promoting a positive cybersecurity risk culture with clients and ensuring underwriters understand client risk profiles.
* Providing thought leadership and expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing Cyber Security Risks across all sectors.
The Cyber Risk Consultant will support the enhancement of our Cyber Risk Consulting services, embody our values, and deliver outstanding risk consulting to underwriters and clients. This role combines technical expertise with market and client engagement, supporting the Global Cyber Risk Consulting leader in building a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising underwriters on industry-specific risks and supporting clients in cyber risk reduction strategies.
* Developing cyber services to help clients understand and mitigate risks.
* Designing and implementing tailored risk management frameworks.
* Contributing to risk analysis methodologies and adapting approaches to client needs.
* Engaging with stakeholders to discuss and improve risk profiles.
* Conducting client site visits and reporting findings.
* Ensuring compliance with technical standards and sharing best practices.
* Collaborating with AXA's Cyber Centre of Excellence on industry trends.
You will report to the Head of Cyber Risk Consulting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Cyber Security, with knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO, CISM, CISSP, or Cyber Essentials+.
* Experience in Cyber Security or IT sectors, understanding of relevant regulations and policies.
* Familiarity with cyber insurance concepts is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a bonus.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (~20%).
