Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients and/or end users in the designated area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluating market conditions and customer needs, planning orders, resolving issues aligned with business objectives, and achieving profitability and payment goals.
* Managing all sales activities to ensure timely and effective achievement of objectives.
* Improving customer relationships through sales and management strategies, involving other departments as necessary.
* Managing customer coverage and visit frequency based on GY criteria.
* Negotiating with accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager, analyzing sales data, and setting objectives according to company trade policies.
* Handling provinces: Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, and C.Real.
* Negotiating agreements, implementing marketing and commercial actions, and managing customer incidents and complaints in collaboration with Customer Service.
* Ensuring on-time deliveries, managing logistics issues, and working with relevant departments to resolve daily operational problems.
* Planning and executing action plans for commercial deviations, and ensuring each client receives appropriate visits for business development.
* Achieving volume and profitability targets, implementing trade policies, and setting account goals aligned with the annual operating plan (AOP).
* Making pricing decisions, meeting coverage and visit frequency targets, and implementing promotional plans to optimize resources.
* Maximizing product distribution and launches, coordinating with other departments for promotion, marketing, logistics, and finance.
* Providing market and competitive intelligence, proposing portfolio adjustments, and supporting strategic planning activities.
* Monitoring sales, profitability, stock levels, and product availability, with a value proposition tailored to each client.
