In this role, you will engage with Spanish-speaking customers, delivering high-quality assistance to enhance their experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and needs effectively
* Offer detailed information about products and services, assisting customers with order placements and account management
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer concerns
* Stay updated on product trends and company policies to deliver informed and accurate support
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
* Experience in customer service, particularly within an international or multicultural context
* Strong communication skills with a focus on a customer-centric approach
* Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
* Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
* Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support, embracing a new cultural experience
