Role Description

We are currently looking to incorporate a Senior Accountant and Tax Advisor with a high level of English for an on-site position to join our team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The selected candidate will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for both national and international clients, ensuring the accurate review, supervision, and validation of accounting records. The role includes the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns, as well as performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis. The candidate will also be in charge of preparing financial statements and periodic reporting, while maintaining direct communication with clients, including international stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include providing advisory support on accounting and tax matters, monitoring deadlines, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with legal and payroll departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
• High level of English , both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work on-site in Tenerife.
• Previous experience in a tax advisory firm, consultancy, or professional services environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international clients.
• Knowledge of accounting software A3.
• Proactive, autonomous professional with strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client portfolios and deadlines efficiently.
