Role Description We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator growth engine.
\n
This is not a basic outreach role. You will be responsible for building the entire influencer, affiliate, and whitelisting system from scratch and owning it end-to-end.
\n
You will play a key role in turning creators into a predictable and scalable acquisition channel, not just a branding effort.
\n
Responsibilities Build and scale a high-performing influencer acquisition system
\n
Identify, onboard, and manage creators across different tiers (UGC creators, influencers, ambassadors)
\n
Set up and manage a performance-driven affiliate program (tracking, payouts, scaling winners)
\n
Run Meta whitelisting at scale and collaborate closely with the paid media team
\n
Negotiate deals and structure partnerships based on performance, not vanity metrics
\n
Brief creators to produce content that is optimized for conversion, not just engagement
\n
Continuously test new creator angles, formats, and hooks
\n
Track and analyze performance across creators (CPA, ROAS, MER impact)
\n
Double down on top performers and systematically replace underperformers Requirements Strong experience in DTC influencer or creator marketing (preferably performance-driven brands)
\n
Proven track record of scaling creators into a revenue-driving channel
\n
Deep understanding of what makes content convert (not just look good)
\n
Experience with Meta whitelisting and running creator ads
\n
Experience setting up and managing affiliate programs
\n
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
\n
Systems thinker: able to build processes that scale, not just execute manually
\n
