Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of procurement activities across indirect spend categories, including funds and corporate services. Real estate supplier sourcing experience would be advantageous
- Assist in running sourcing processes, from initial analysis through to supplier selection and contracting
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and value delivery
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions
- Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies, processes, and best practices
- Track and report savings, spend data, and procurement activity
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on pricing structures and contract execution
- Assist in identifying opportunities to consolidate spend and drive efficiencies across the business
- Support project tracking, reporting, and internal communication of procurement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
- Eagerness to learn and develop procurement and commercial skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Portuguese is a plus
