INSUD PHARMA believes in innovation and sustainable development. /ppbr/ppbReady to be a #Challenger? /b /ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliMaintain and update the QA Director’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and time optimization. /liliCoordinate meeting logistics (room/Teams booking, invitations, agendas, materials, attendance, and action follow-up). /liliHandle and filter phone calls, emails, and external visits, routing appropriately to the QA Director. /liliOrganize travel arrangements and itineraries when required. /liliPrepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation for Finance/Treasury. /liliManage departmental correspondence (internal/external), including filing and archiving after review. /liliSupport administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders as delegated by the QA Director. /liliOrganize department events and team activities (logistics, rooms, materials, vendor coordination if needed). /liliMaintain the QA department’s documentation structure (shared folders/Teams), ensuring organization and controlled access. /liliProcess Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and support invoice management (tracking, validation, and follow-up with Finance and suppliers). /liliPrepare and format documents and presentations (especially PowerPoint) to support QA communications and meetings. /li /ulpbr/ppbChallenge awaits! /p /b
