Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support endpoints using SCCM and Microsoft Intune for deployment, patching, and policy enforcement.
Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and replacements.
Perform device certification and validation in accordance with pharma compliance and IT quality standards.
Use BeyondTrust remote support tools to securely troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
Ensure endpoints meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams as required.
Document procedures, configurations, and support activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune endpoint management.
Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware support.
Experience with device certification/validation in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar).
Working knowledge of BeyondTrust Remote Support tools.
Understanding of IT security and compliance best practices.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
Familiarity with GxP, validation, or audit processes.
Microsoft endpoint-related certifications are a plus
