Main responsibilities :
* Deal with the allocations of clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
* Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
* Organize and prepare agents for viewings and work together with international agents to ensure high level of product knowledge.
* Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results and activity, and evaluate the efficiency of the sales agents.
* Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually.
* Manage all team members, mentor, train, and coach agents to develop at the individual level and achieve positive results at all levels.
* Serve as a point of contact for the department, maintaining high levels of customer service and representing the brand effectively.
* Assist agents with the sales process and actively intervene when complications arise, offering creative sales and closing solutions.
* Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
* Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
* Knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings, and experience working with international clients.
* Experience managing a team.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
* Financially results-oriented and capable of working in an international team.
* Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Organized, flexible, hands-on, and prepared to work flexible hours.
* Exceptional customer service skills, experienced in working with demanding clients.
